Terms & Conditions Bull888 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1 Introduction & Scope of Agreement

Welcome to bull888, an online casino and Sports Betting platform operating under a valid international licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of bull888.ws and all services provided by our platform.

This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at bull888. By doing so, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not register an account or use bull888's services.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bull888's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Not being on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition imposed by any relevant authority
• Not registering from any region or country where access to online betting platforms is strictly prohibited under local law

• Not holding more than one active account at bull888 at any time

Bull888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account at bull888. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, credited balances forfeited, and further action taken.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered under the same member's name

• No processing fees are charged for deposits (subject to payment method)

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction

• Platinum VIP Members — processed within 4 hours
• Diamond VIP members — processing within 2 hours

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Bull888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met
• Bull888 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse
• Bets placed using bonus funds only (without real money) will not count towards wagering requirements
• Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

VIP Cashback Program: Weekly cashback credited through the bull888 VIP Rewards Programme carries no wagering requirements and may be withdrawn or used for gameplay without any additional conditions.

6 Game Rules & Sports Betting

All casino games at bull888 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and Live Casino — operate on software that has been independently audited and certified as fair. The RNG (Random Number Generator) used meets international standards for randomness and fairness.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to market availability and applicable limits
• Accepted and confirmed bets are final — they cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature (where available)

The bull888 VIP Rewards Program consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All members start at Bronze automatically and can be upgraded based on cumulative deposit amounts within a rolling 30-day period.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week (Monday–Sunday) and credited every Monday. VIP tier is reviewed monthly and a demotion may occur if play activity declines. A 30-day grace period is granted before a demotion takes effect.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following are strictly prohibited on the bull888 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the game system or betting outcomes
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in an unauthorised manner ("bonus abuse")
• Using insider information to manipulate Sports Betting outcomes
• Money laundering through bull888 account activity
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process
• Threatening or harassing bull888 customer support staff

Bull888 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works closely with financial service providers to identify and prevent suspected fraudulent activity. All confirmed cases of fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

By registering an account, you grant bull888 permission to:

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by Bull888: Bull888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions

• Failure to verify your identity upon request
• Holding more than one account
• Upon instruction from a legal authority or regulatory body

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, bull888 reserves the right to withhold or cancel all bonus balances and winnings associated with the violating activity.

Bull888's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. bull888 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bull888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages
• Anticipated winnings lost due to technical disruptions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Losses resulting from third-party actions beyond bull888's control

Bull888's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding that claim.

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Bull888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material or significant changes, we will provide at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate action.
